Dr. Ali Seid Assen is an Associate Professor of Tropical Animal Production (Meat Stream) at Wollo University, Ethiopia. He holds BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees in Animal Production from leading Ethiopian universities. With extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, including serving as Dean of the College of Agriculture, he has contributed significantly to livestock production, meat science, forage development, and camel research. His work also addresses honeybee management, feed evaluation, and the impact of conflict on agriculture. He has led and participated in numerous research and community service projects and has published widely in reputable international journals.

Radhika Khanna is a scholar in the field of forest-product chemistry and bioactive natural products, whose research spans phytochemistry, biotechnological approaches, and pharmacological evaluations. Her recent work includes UPLC-QTOF-MS metabolomics and chemometric studies on Cupressus torulosa needles, molecular docking explorations of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic compounds, as well as in vitro and in vivo bioactivity assessments.
