Born on November 12, 1969, in China, Wu embarked on his academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering from the College of Water Conservancy, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, in 1992. He furthered his education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Agricultural Water and Soil Engineering at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and later earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Water and Soil Engineering from Northwest A&F University.

Dr. Feng Wu earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering from the College of Water Conservancy at North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power in 1992.
