Dr. Mariam Ahmed Abdel Aziz Amer is an accomplished Egyptian agricultural engineer and researcher with over 15 years of experience in agricultural engineering, environmental issues, and biogas production. She holds a Ph.D. in Agriculture Sciences from Cairo University, where she specialized in designing and manufacturing units for activated carbon production from agricultural residues. Dr. Amer’s expertise spans various fields including recycling agricultural waste, harvesting aromatic and medical plants, and implementing innovative solutions for environmental sustainability in agriculture.

Ph.D. in Agriculture Sciences from Cairo University, specializing in the design and manufacture of activated carbon production units from agricultural residues. Postdoctoral in Mechanical Engineering from CSIR-CMERI Centre of Excellence for Farm Machinery, India.
