Sepehr Feizi is a prolific ophthalmologist‐researcher whose work focuses largely on corneal diseases, transplantation, and refractive outcomes. According to his Google Scholar profile, he has published ~ 157 documents and has an h-index of 34 with a total citation count of 4,425. After completing medical school and ophthalmology residency, he pursued subspecialty training in the anterior segment and later obtained a master’s degree in medical education. His peer-reviewed output includes clinical and translational studies such as comparisons between penetrating keratoplasty and deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty, intracorneal ring segments in keratoconus, machine learning models to predict graft rejection, and suture-related complications in lamellar surgery. His interests also extend to therapeutic strategies like use of topical erythropoietin, angiogenesis in the cornea, and outcomes of keratolimbal grafting. He has led and participated in research projects spanning in vitro endothelial cell viability, geometric influences on graft refractive outcomes, and multicenter trials of ocular surface and scleral disease. Over the years, Feizi has been recognized with awards and holds membership in the Iranian Society of Ophthalmology since 2004.
